You’ve probably heard it before…”Do what you love and you’ll never consider it work.”
My desire to help friends, family and neighbors decorate their homes and improve their landscapes had become somewhat of a hobby. However, it wasn’t until we had been relocated three times and had sold five houses in seven years that I truly realized my innate ability to use what I owned and work within a budget, to turn simple and bland spaces into warm and inviting homes. 
Then when it came time to sell, I experienced first hand the amount of time and effort involved in properly preparing a home to be listed and worked hard to ensure that each home had that “wow” factor for every showing. The reward came, on average 19 days later, when we reaped the benefits of my home staging by selling our homes faster and for more money than the other houses in our neighborhoods.
So finally, after hearing friends, family and Realtors exclaim, “You really should do this for a living!” I decided to listen. I turned my passion for real estate and decorating, my experience staging my own homes, and my background in sales and marketing into a career as an HSR Certified Home Stager and created Staging With Style by Roz. Now, 5 years later, I am proud that we help about 150 clients a year and I have been able to bring on an additional team member. I am grateful for all of the support from my family, friends and Realtor partners who have helped us become the premier choice amongst professional home stagers in North Texas. I feel fortunate to be able to do something I love and am excited that each day I have the opportunity to help folks turn their homes from the place they live into the place buyers will dream!
